Relationship expert Dr. Edythe Denkin created the magic potion that takes control of runaway relationships
January 3, 2008, CT - Imagine a kingdom where you and your partner move away from bad habits and unhappiness, and towards gaining control of your personal power and taking responsibility for your own happiness in your relationship. Marriage guru Dr. Edythe Denkin has created such a place where men and women can accompany a couple and their mentor as they move through such a journey in her new book RELATIONSHIP MAGIC: THE SECRET TO HAPPILY EVER AFTER (Destiny Publications, Feb. 2008).
Certified marriage and family therapist Dr. Denkin has repeatedly seen couples go through phases and changes in their relationship that they do not recognize and address; they don’t know that their relationships are supposed to go through phases and changes. Couples need to know that happily ever after does not come naturally and today’s couples’ biggest problem is poor communication skills. Her goal through RELATIONSHIP MAGIC is for readers to stop their negative thinking based on childhood experiences and realize their partners cannot know the expectations they are thinking.
Relationships bring out unconscious behavior learned in childhood, according to Denkin. In RELATIONSHIP MAGIC fictional characters Prince James and Princess Cinda take you into their lives and show you how you too can develop lasting love, and acquire awareness of how your reactions can help your partner feel loved rater than re-wounded by old childhood issues.
- The process in this book, as difficult as it is, has the power to change your happiness level immensely. Learn how to implement the following key ideals that could improve your relationship:
- Happily ever after is possible with love and trust of yourself and your partner.
- Authentic communication and empathy is the secret to improving your relationships.
- The key to happiness in marriage is putting yourself in your partner’s shoes and understanding your partner’s point of view.
- Becoming conscience of your patterns and overcoming them is the most difficult work you can do.
- You can create good from bad in your life by learning from your mistakes and by developing a positive attitude.
RELATIONSHIP MAGIC is based on Imago Relationship Theory and teaches the importance of empathy by mirroring your partner’s words and replaying the messages you hear, and using a step-by-step process to teach you new behaviors and communication patterns. The book does illustrate how to do this by moving the reader through this process with Prince James and Princess Cinda with the use of safe and effective questions. As Prince James and Princess Cinda’s story progresses, their relationship improves and the reader can see the benefits.
The book’s questions and story are a process that takes couple through the steps that will change and save their marriage. After reading RELATIONSHIP MAGIC every man and women will know how to be treated like royalty in their relationships by giving and receiving respect, honorable behavior and trusting your partner. It shows how a fairy tale marriage is possible with the tools of trust, respect and love. This message will lift readers up out of their daily lives and into their dreams.
